What to bring with you

  • Prescription or Referral from your physician.
  • Active Insurance Cards.
  • Photo Id. Payment for ( Co-Insurance, Deductible )

Evaluation with Practitioner

  • Physical Evaluation from one of our Clinicians.
  • Recommend an appropriate orthosis and/or prosthesis.
  • Answer any of your questions or concerns. Begin the fitting process

Delivery or Follow-up

Depending on the diagnosis. You might received device same day or we will schedule appointment for deliver after device has been fabricated. We will also schedule any follow-up appointments as determined by your treating practitioner.
