What to bring with you
- Prescription or Referral from your physician.
- Active Insurance Cards.
- Photo Id. Payment for ( Co-Insurance, Deductible )
Evaluation with Practitioner
- Physical Evaluation from one of our Clinicians.
- Recommend an appropriate orthosis and/or prosthesis.
- Answer any of your questions or concerns. Begin the fitting process
Delivery or Follow-up
Depending on the diagnosis. You might received device same day or we will schedule appointment for deliver after device has been fabricated. We will also schedule any follow-up appointments as determined by your treating practitioner.
